1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Createcute's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Createcute provides digital marketing, web development, mobile app development, CRM systems, AI chatbots, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payment may result in project suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy discussed during project initiation

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We commit to transparent communication about any delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and designs
• Third-party tools, plugins, and frameworks remain under their respective licenses
• Createcute retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Clients must provide legally obtained content, images, and materials

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
• Supply necessary content, images, and access credentials
• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
• Make payments according to agreed schedule
• Test and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

7. Limitation of Liability

Createcute's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond our commitment to professional service delivery.

8. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support terms are defined in individual project agreements. Basic bug fixes are typically included for 30 days post-delivery. Extended support and maintenance are available under separate agreements.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. This confidentiality extends beyond project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed to date. Deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to the client.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
